EPG (Electronic Program Guide) is the schedule data showing what's currently airing and what's coming up next on each channel — it loads separately from the video stream itself.
EPG data can take a few minutes to fully load the first time you open a channel list, especially with thousands of channels. Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh.
In most apps, there's a "Refresh" or "Force Update" option under playlist settings — this re-syncs the EPG data from the server.
Some apps like TiviMate let you manually set an EPG source URL if the default one isn't loading — we can provide this on request.
