IPTV App Setup Guide

Arsal Digital works with several IPTV player apps. This page highlights a few good options per device — the full step-by-step guide for your device (linked in each section) may walk through a different, equally compatible app.

Android Phone & Tablet

Install from Google Play, then log in with Xtream Codes.

Setup in 3 steps

  1. Install one of the apps from Google Play.
  2. Open it and choose Xtream Codes login.
  3. Enter the server URL, username and password we send you on WhatsApp.

Android TV & TV Box

For Android TV, Google TV, Mi Box, Nvidia Shield and most boxes.

Setup in 3 steps

  1. Open Google Play on your TV or box and search for the app.
  2. Install and open it with your remote.
  3. Log in with the details we send you. Tip: use your phone as a remote keyboard to type faster.

No Play Store on your box? Message us and we will show you another way to install.

Amazon Firestick & Fire TV

Firestick apps are installed with the Downloader app and a short code.

Codes change when app developers update their links. We will send you the current working code.

Setup in 4 steps

  1. Install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore.
  2. Allow installs: Settings › My Fire TV › Developer Options › Install unknown apps › turn Downloader ON.
  3. Enter the code we send you in Downloader, press Go, then Install.
  4. Open the app and log in with your details.

No Developer Options? Go to Settings › My Fire TV › About and click your device name 7 times.

Samsung & LG Smart TV

Hot Player and IBO Player are the two players we recommend.

Good to know: free IPTV players are not available in the Samsung and LG stores. Hot Player and IBO Player offer a free trial, then a paid activation on their official website. That fee goes to the app developer, not to us.

Setup in 4 steps

  1. Install Hot Player or IBO Player from Samsung Smart Hub or the LG Content Store.
  2. Note the MAC address or Device ID (and Device Key) shown on your TV.
  3. Add the M3U link we send you on the app’s official website, using that ID.
  4. Restart the app on your TV.

Which app is best for my device?+
It depends on your device, and more than one app works well. For Android phones, tablets and TVs, XCIPTV Player and Televizo are both popular. On Samsung and LG TVs, IBO Player and Hot Player are common choices. For iPhone and iPad, message us and we will guide you. See the full setup guide for your specific device for exact steps.
Why do the Samsung and LG apps ask for payment?+
Free IPTV players are generally not available in the Samsung and LG app stores. The players that work well there, like IBO Player and Hot Player, give a free trial and then ask for a paid activation. That fee goes to the app developer, not to us, so only pay on the app’s official website.
Where do I get the Downloader code for Firestick?+
Downloader codes can change when app developers update their links, so we confirm the current code for you on WhatsApp before you install. Tap any “Get code” button and we will reply with it.
My app says login failed. What should I do?+
Check that the server URL, username and password are typed exactly as we sent them, with no extra spaces. If it still fails, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will fix it quickly.
