VLC is completely free, works on Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and Linux, and doesn't require creating an account — just paste your playlist link and go.
Open VLC, click Media → Open Network Stream (or the network icon on mobile), paste the M3U playlist URL provided after your subscription, and click Play.
In VLC's Playlist view, you can save the stream as a bookmark so you don't need to re-enter the URL every time you open the app.
VLC doesn't include an EPG (program guide) or categorized channel list like dedicated IPTV apps — for a more polished experience, IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate are better long-term choices.
